Mole Poblano Infusion: A rich, velvety mole poblano with deep cacao and smokey notes, served over saffron-infused rice, and pomegranate seeds garnish.

Hibiscus-Glazed Smoked pork chops: Tender smoked pork chop with a floral, tangy hibiscus glaze, paired with a creamy spinach and poblano pepper pasta, with a hint of nutmeg and roasted garlic.

Queso Fresco Green Beans: Crisp green beans sautéed garlic and topped with queso fresco and toasted pumpkin seeds, finished with a touch of lime.
