STRANGE BIRD DINNER

When it comes to beer… look no further.

My mouth waters just thinking about this dinner. Here’s what we’ve got planned:

First, it’s all about a casual, chill vibe. Come up to the Quiote Lounge and start with a welcome cocktail while you get acclimated.

We’ll kick things off with a fresh shrimp aguachile ceviche, a flavorful beet sikil pak, and some seriously fresh pico de gallo.

This collaboration is with an awesome brewery up in Rochester that we’ve long admired—and honestly, we’ve been pushing to do a night like this together for a while. A full-on evening of beer and snacking done right.

We’ll have food bar stations set up while we guide you through both the brewery’s palate and Rio’s. What really gets us excited? Gulping down great brews alongside a whole pot of carnitas. You’ll get to experience real, traditional tacos made with fresh masa—ground in-house. And if you’re feeling it, you can press your own tortillas that night.

Oh—and we’re not stopping there. We’re adding a generous side of seafood paella mariscada.

Once we’re all feeling good, we’ll wind things down with a seated nightcap and a sweet pairing to finish.

This is definitely not your usual dinner pairing. Strangebird and Mezcal Misfits are putting on a show for sure.
